First you tell us your idea through the contact form, by email or on WhatsApp. We send you a detailed proposal and adjust it with you until you're happy with it. To confirm the booking we ask for a deposit and some details about the travellers. You then receive a booking summary with the itinerary, what's included, the terms and a contact number for the trip.

To confirm your trip we ask for a deposit of 15% of the total price, which is deducted from the total. The rest is paid on the first day of the trip, unless your proposal says otherwise. We also recommend reading our terms and conditions before you confirm.

The 15% deposit is paid when you book, by PayPal, card or bank transfer. The rest is paid on the first day of the trip in cash or by bank transfer, with no surcharge. If you prefer to pay the rest by PayPal or card you can, with a 5% surcharge. Always keep the receipt for each payment.

Let us know in writing as soon as possible. Private tours and day trips can be cancelled free of charge up to 48 hours before the start, and group tours up to 10 days before departure: in both cases we refund the full deposit. If you cancel later, the deposit is not refunded. For last-minute problems we recommend travel insurance with cancellation cover.

Yes, our prices are in euros (€) per person and depend on the number of travellers, the season and the accommodation category. Each trip lists what is included, such as transport, the driver or guide, accommodation and certain meals, and what isn't, such as flights, optional monument entry fees, drinks or tips. We confirm it in writing in your proposal.
